Business Analyst

Salary circa £25-£30K, depending on experience. Full-time, 37 Hours per week.
Permanent role based in Taunton, Somerset, close to J25 of the M5.

The role

Our IT Analysis team help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. Join a well-established team in a role that involves working with all parts of the business to specify requirements, agree priorities, and then deliver the functionality as part of a project. In addition to carrying out analysis the role includes an element of Project Management/Delivery.

What can you bring to WPA?

We are looking for a Business Analyst with real passion for technology, a keen interest in process, a proactive approach, and a desire to create a superb customer experience for our users. You will be excellent at engaging with stakeholders through your fine-tuned written and verbal skills and you will be comfortable with presenting your findings to management and other stakeholders. You will have an understanding and previous experience of Agile/SDLC methodologies and a track record of delivering IT projects successfully. A qualification in Business Analysis International Diploma or equivalent experience/qualifications is required. Having excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workloads are all critical in this role and it goes without saying that you need to be a team player because everyone at WPA is.
