We're not hampered by the demands of shareholders motivated to make a profit, meaning we're free to act differently from the rest. We focus on the service we provide to our members. We're all trained first and foremost to listen. To ask questions with empathy, respect and understanding. To give the best advice. To never rush. To care.

We are one of the few insurers to volunteer details of ombudsman complaints against us.

The WPA Foundations

The WPA Foundation promotes good health in young people across the UK. The WPA Charitable Foundation provides assistance with transport costs to and from hospital for families in the South West in financial distress with profoundly ill children.
