The role provides support to the PST, which is a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and assist with the delivery of our new starter induction programme. You will also play an important part in shaping first impressions at both the pre-selection and onboarding stages, ensuring that everyone is well informed and ready to thrive in their new role by assisting with pre-screening calls, pre-employment checks and contractual arrangements. Within the role there is the chance to learn more about other aspects of our work such as being involved with our Learning Management System.
