I can't register because I don't know my customer number - how can I find this?

Accepted Answer

You can find your customer number on any correspondence we have sent you. Alternatively, providing we have either your mobile phone number or email address, you can find out your customer number here.

Question 2

I have tried to register but have been asked to call WPA to complete my registration - why?

Accepted Answer

To complete your registration we need to send you a 4 digit code by text message. If we do not have a mobile or home phone number on record for you, we will need to update our records before you can complete your registration.

I have locked my account and am unable to log in - how do I resolve this?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way to reset your account is to re-register with us. You can do this on the registration page.

I have received an email that says it is from WPA, but I am worried that it is not?

Accepted Answer

We will normally ask you to log into your account to read any secure messages and we will never send you any emails that ask you to provide any personal information, such as usernames and passwords. If you are suspicious of any emails, please email us.

If I am a group contact and an insured employee, do I need more than one online account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Due to the fact that the individual online accounts offer different functionality to the group contact online accounts, you will need to register separately and use different usernames for each account.

Yes, we usually have a number of opportunities available with the majority available over the summer.

We are always on the lookout for high calibre individuals with varied skill sets who are available for short term paid placements, particularly those with a medical life science or technological background. These are ideal for gaining valuable experience in the workplace and can open the door to a permanent position.

These are typically for up to 3 months to allow cover for annual leave and to work on bespoke projects. We will consider longer internships on request.
