On 12th October at the London Hilton Park Lane Hotel, WPA won the Best Customer Service Delivery and Best Individual Healthcare Provider at the Health and Protection Awards 2022. The customer service award was the very same award that they won in 2021, representing back-to-back wins and further evidencing their customer service excellence credentials.
WPA's Business Development General Manger, Kathryn Vellacott, was there with a team from WPA to collect the awards. She said "It is yet more fabulous recognition, and I was especially pleased to hear us on top of the podium for Best Customer Service Delivery - with customers at the centre of all that we do, service excellence is one of our unique selling points. It's down to everyone within the WPA family to fulfil that commitment to our customers - thank you."
