WPA wins Moneyfacts Health Insurance Provider of the Year

WPA wins Health Insurance Provider of the Year at the National Moneyfacts Consumer Awards for the second year in a row.
At last Wednesday's virtual awards, for the second year in a row, WPA won the Health Insurance Provider of the Year Award against other finalists including Aviva, Axa, BUPA and Vitality.
Rod Bramston, WPA's Executive Director for Retail and Commercial Customers, observes that, "Recognition like this is a testament to the team's hard work and success in 2020."
He continues, "We were the first insurer to pay a rebate and the only health insurer to have paid a second rebate. We evolved the WPA Health app providing customers with the convenience of 24/7 access to start their treatment journey - a first in the UK Health Insurance market. The real success has been the enthusiasm, commitment and compassion of our team in Taunton looking after our customers in what has been a really challenging year. This award is a credit to our people."
