WPA won the Outstanding Cashplan Award at the COVER Excellence Awards 2022, hosted at The Brewery in London, for their work with LifeStage Health.
LifeStage Health, which was launched a year ago initially to women, provides access to care whilst raising awareness and promoting an understanding of life's natural challenges. Men's health was included in June of this year and it was extended to the SME market a month ago.
WPA has been recognised eight times this year for their product innovation and market leading customer service.
Charlie MacEwan, Corporate Communications Director was on hand to receive the award with Mark Southern, WPA's Sales and Marketing Director, observing that, "We are passionate about providing contemporary products which meet a real need, alongside customer service which is truly market leading."
He continued "We listen intently to customer feedback to help us improve and provide even better service. During September our customers waited on average only 87 seconds for their calls to be answered. Our WPA Health App has been designed with customer convenience in mind - over 90% of our cash plan claims are now submitted via our app. Our TrustPilot rating is the highest of any UK Health Insurer at 4.8/5 stars and only 1 complaint was upheld by the FOS against WPA in 2021, and only 3 in the last 5 years."
