Celebrating Pride Month at WPA: Embracing inclusion and diversity

This year's Pride Month was particularly significant for WPA, as it also marked the 1st anniversary of their dedicated Inclusion and Diversity Team, fostering a stronger commitment to promoting equality within the organisation and beyond. The month also saw the launch of two new LGBTQ+ articles on their Health & Wellbeing Hub, links below:
As well as the two articles spreading awareness of LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace, WPA employees also held a rainbow dress down day, raising money for a local LGBTQ+ charity. WPA's commitment to inclusivity extends beyond Pride Month, as the Inclusion and Diversity Team continues to work on this and other long-term initiatives.
Pride Month at WPA has undoubtedly been a catalyst for change, sparking meaningful conversations and highlighting the importance of embracing and celebrating diversity. As we bid farewell to this year's Pride Month, WPA remains committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
