WPA has won Best Customer Service Delivery 2021 at the first Health & Protection Awards ceremony held at the Hilton Bankside, London on the 14 October. The awards brought together the very best of the health and protection industries, including providers and intermediaries, to celebrate our combined successes across what has been a very challenging 12 months.
Mark Southern (pictured), WPA's Executive Director - Sales & Marketing, was present at the ceremony to accept the award on behalf of the company. He commented, "It's been a turbulent few years for all of us and we are delighted that we have been able to continue our commitment to our customers, to deliver customer service excellence. The whole team at WPA have been dedicated to this cause and it's great to win this award in recognition of our hard work."
