If you're insured under your employer's Company Scheme, you will know this benefit as the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Please note: the Health and Wellbeing Helpline/EAP is not available to family member(s) under 16 years of age.
If you are struggling in any way at all or just want to talk things through to see if there are ways of improving your resilience and wellbeing, please call the WPA Helplines (numbers are provided within your WPA literature). You have remote access to a team of counsellors, 24/7, 365 days a year. Benefit is provided by the WPA Helpline Provider which is a third party providing the 24/7 helpline subject to their terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.

Confidential, single session telephone counselling is designed to provide immediate support on a wide range of emotional issues, either of a personal or work related nature. These sessions can vary in length but not exceed 60 minutes, and may include signposting to relevant onward referral resources for further support.
Also available: where clinically appropriate, an online computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (cCBT) Life Skills Course. Living Life to the Full is an online cCBT life skills course, aimed at people who would like to develop their skills in coping with anxiety and depression, as well as people suffering from anxiety or depression.
